Team Training

(Based on store need or positions that need to be filled, training positions and days of training may alternate.)

Morning Prep (2 days)

Morning Prep is the process that takes place to prepare the food items and kitchen for the day. In this segmented time, the team members will learn how to prepare the guacamole, sauces, onion rings, etc., growing familiarity with the food.

Cook Line (3 days)

Cook Line Training: team members will learn and understand the job titles and responsibilities. There will be a Trainer on the shift to shadow and teach throughout the shift.

Day 1: Cook 1 & 2

Front of the House (3days)

Front of the House Training: team member will learn and understand the job title and responsibilities

Day 1: Sever 1 & 2

Dress & Grooming Standards

 

Uniform Standards

Team members are required to follow our Dress standards. Uniforms should always be pressed, ironed and cleaned.

Grooming Standards

Team members should always come into work clean and smelling good without having an offesive body or breath odor. Long hair should always be pulled back in a pony tail, bun or braid. When working the cook line head wear is alwyas requried.

It is vital that the environment/culture we create explodes with Aloha Love.

When onboarding New Employees our priority is to always help them understand the vision, purpose, and mission statement of Seven Brothers first and foremost. When a team member understands that we are not in the burgers business, but rather creating small moments of happiness of Aloha Love, their goals and standards begin to align and their work ethic SHINES!!!
